Hoping someone can shed some light on size conversion in ladies clothing from a UK size to Australian sizing.
I have found conflicting size charts when going on google.
Can anyone tell me what a UK ladies size 8 would be in Australian sizing normally. Some charts are telling me UK 8 is a ladies 10 in Australia, another chart i found said UK 8 is an Australian size 6 ???
I put measurements in listings anyway, but its good to get your item listed in the right category and get a good idea of what it is meant to be size wise. Any help would be appreciated.

I never found any difference in UK sizes to Aussie sizes.
When I come to Aussie from UK and bought clothes here I bought my normal size...10-12 depending on Brands. unless they have changed the sizes while I have been here.? ..the only difference was shoes in UK I am size 6 here I'm size 8.

    Hi there :-)

Ive also never noticed a difference in sizing except with shoes- they are different richbartim is 100% correct on that :-)

Ive got lots of clothing from the uk-both adults and children from normal store chains to more upmarket brands like Burberry and they all seem true to size and brought in the sizing i would buy here.

Usually when the UK size is 8, the Australia size would be 10.  From H&S Lingerie.
