OZtion - 5th Birthday Promotion Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Promotion commences on the 13th January 2010 12:00am AEDT and closes on 20th January 2010 11:59pm AEDT. (“Promotion Period”)
Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
To be eligible to enter you must be an OZtion member (free) and purchase one or more items on OZtion within the promotion period. An entry will be added for each item (item number) purchased.
Prizes included are: 5x OZtion Vouchers valued at $100 each. The total prize pool is $500.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
You must not have any disputes against you during the promotion period or within 7 days of the promotion ending.
Winners will be drawn on the 28th January 2010 from all entries at the premises of OZtion Pty Ltd.
Winners will be notified by email and published on the OZtion website on the 28th January 2010 and must be claimed within three months from the 28th January 2010.
Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 28th April 2010 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.
Vouchers won can be used to purchase anything on OZtion up to the value of AU$100 including shipping or used as part payment towards items over the value of AU$100 including shipping from any seller that accepts the Voucher Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
