Tickets can be exchanged for $100 OZtion vouchers if we are notified within 24 hours.

RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences on 01/03/2007 at 12.01AM AEDT and closes on 10/03/2007 at 11.59PM AEDT. ("Promotion Period")
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter you must be an OZtion member (free) and Win an 'auction' item from either of the following categories Automotive | TV, Video & Home Theatre | Sports Memorabilia within the promotion period.
4. You may enter as many times as you like, each item you win will be entered into the draw.
5. Items with a multiple quantity are classed as one entry (one item number).
6. The Prize is: Grand Prix General Admission tickets for two adults. Total prize value is $198.
7. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, you may however exchange the tickets for $100 OZtion vouchers.
8. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be drawn on the 11/03/2007 at the premises of OZtion and will be notified by phone, email and have their name, suburb and state published on the OZtion website by 12/03/2007 and must be claimed within 24 hours if wanting the Grand Prix tickets or three months from 11/03/2007 if wanting the OZtion voucher.
10. Any unclaimed prize will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 11/06/2007 to distribute the prize if they are unclaimed by that date.
11. The Voucher (if chosen instead of the tickets) can be used to purchase anything on OZtion up to the value of AU$100 including shipping or used as part payment towards items over the value of AU$100 including shipping from any seller that accepts the Voucher Terms and Conditions.
12. The Prize will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow 5 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
13. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
