RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences on 01/04/2007 at 12.01AM AEDT and closes on 30/04/2007 at 11.59PM AEDT. (“Promotion Period”)
2. Entry is open to all Australians residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter you must join OZtion as a new member (free) during the Promotion Period on the oztion website. www.oztion.com.au
4. Prizes included are: 5 x $50 OZtion voucher. The total prize pool is $250.
5. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be drawn on the 07/05/2007 from all entries at the premises of OZtion Pty Ltd.
8. Winners will be notified by email and published on the OZtion website by 09/05/2007 and must be claimed within three months from 09/05/2007.
9. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 09/08/2007 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.
10. One entry per person only.
11. Vouchers won can be used to purchase anything on OZtion up to the value of AU$50 including shipping or used as part payment towards items over the value of AU$50 including shipping from any seller that accepts the Voucher Terms and Conditions.
12. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
13. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
