RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promotion commences on 09/10/2006 at 12.01AM AEDST and closes on 16/10/2006 at 11.59PM AEDST. ("Promotion Period")
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. Staff of OZtion or their partners and children will not be eligible to enter.
3. To be eligible to enter you must be an OZtion member (free) and purchase an item from a vShop within the promotion period. The item must be paid for before 20/10/2006.
4. You may enter as many times as you like, each item you purchase will be entered into the draw.
5. Items with a multiple quantity are classed as one entry (one item number).
6. Prizes included are: 20 x Hi-Speed External USB 2.0 Hub 4 Ports. Total prize value is $250.
7. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners will be drawn on the 22/10/2006 at the premises of OZtion and will be notified by email and have their name, suburb and state published on the OZtion website by 24/10/2006 and must be claimed within three months from 22/10/2006.
10. Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw on 22/01/2007 to distribute the prizes if they are unclaimed by that date.
11. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and the winners should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
12. If for any reason these promotions are not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
