After the Auction Ends
After a successful auction quicksales will send you a notification email which contains
the auction details and buyer's contact details. It also contains a link to send
an invoice. It is then in the hands of you and the buyer to make contact and arrange
payment and postage details.
Contacting the buyer
Contact the buyer and confirm payment details by sending them an invoice. Good communications
are important in order to have a successful sale. Make sure you keep all email communications
between you and the buyer.
Send an invoice
To streamline the process, quicksales provides a invoice system for you to confirm the
total amount due and payment details. Sending an invoice to the buyer is not compulsory
but it is highly recommended. For more information on sending an invoice, please

Viewing the buyer's Checkout email (if applicable)
The Checkout has been designed to help sellers and buyers complete the sale. The
checkout is used by the buyer to inform you of the following:
- Transaction details:
- Postage - Postage/delivery cost (if known by the buyer)
- Insurance - Insurance cost (if offered by yourself)
- Any discount(-) or charges(+) - Discount or charge amount (If you and the buyer
have agreed on a discount or charge)
- Buyer Details:
- Postal address (if different to the address on system)
- Payment method
- If insurance is required (if offered by yourself)
- Send a message (if required - noting any special requirements)
Sending the item
After you receive payment, promptly forward the item to the buyer.
Cancelling the sale
It is your obligation to complete the sale. If for some reason both you
and the buyer mutually agree to cancel the sale after the auction ends, you can
apply for a 'Mutual cancellation of the sale'.

Item not sold
A notification email is sent to you for items that did not sell. You can relist
it, see below.
Relisting an unsold item
You can relist an unsold item. To relist an unsold item,
go to your 'Unsold' list in 'My quicksales'. Select item(s) you want to relist and choose
'Relist' from the 'Bulk Action' link.
Underbidder Offer
An Underbidder Offer allows you to offer an item to one or more non-winning
bidders. The offer allows the underbidder to purchase the item with a BuyNow price
that is equal to the maximum bid they placed. If you have sufficient stock or the
winning bidder did not pay you, you can send an Underbidder Offer to one or more
of your underbidders.
