Problems Receiving Email

If you have not received an activation email, please check your spam filter and junk email settings to make sure emails from quicksales (i.e. email address ends in @quicksales.com.au) are not blocked.

Please check your spam filter and junk email folder daily in case any emails from quicksales or other members have been accidentally filtered.

The following is a guide on how to ensure you receive emails from quicksales.

Hotmail
Please add "quicksales.com.au" to your Hotmail Safe Senders List.
  1. Sign in to your Hotmail account
  2. Click 'Options' at the top of the page
  3. Click 'Safe and blocked senders' under Junk e-mail
  4. Click 'Safe senders'
  5. Type quicksales.com.au and click the 'Add to list > >' button

Note: By adding quicksales.com.au, you should be able to receive all emails from quicksales.

Yahoo
To prevent quicksales emails being filtered, please follow the steps below.
  1. Log on to your Yahoo email account
  2. Click 'Mail Options' at the top-right of the page
  3. Click 'Filter'
  4. Click 'Add'
  5. Type quicksales as a 'From header'
  6. Select 'Move the message to Inbox'
  7. Click 'Add Filter'
Other email providers (e.g. your ISP)
Please check your junk email folder regularly. You should add quicksales to your contact lists or safe list to ensure that emails from quicksales are not filtered or blocked.
