Problems Signing In

Here are some possible reasons why you may be unable to sign in to quicksales.

Incorrect User ID or password
Please make sure you enter your correct 'User ID' and password. Your password is case sensitive. If you cannot remember your password, you can create a new password. Your current password will not be recovered due to security reasons.

Your User Account is not activated
You need to activate your user account by clicking on the link in the activation email we sent you. If you have not received an activation email, please check your spam filter and junk email settings to make sure emails from quicksales (i.e. email address ends in @quicksales.com.au) are not blocked.
To have the activation email sent to you again, please click here.

If your registered email address is incorrect or invalid, you can update it and then have the activation email sent to you again.
To change your registered email address and re-send the activation email, please click here.

Your browser cookies are not enabled
Cookies must be enabled in order to sign in to quicksales, a small cookie file will be stored on our computer. Your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, FireFox) should accept cookies by default. Cookies options can be changed in your browser preferences, which vary depending on which browser you use. To enable your cookies on your browser, please see below.

  • Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8

    Tools > Internet Options > Security > click "Default Level" button, or "Reset all zones to default level" button.

  • Internet Explorer 9

    Click the Cog icon > Internet Options > Click the Privacy tab > Click Default or slide the slider until the level is Medium > Click OK

  • Firefox 3.6 and under (older versions)

    Tools > Options > Privacy, check "Accept cookies from sites"

  • Firefox 4 and above (newer versions)

    At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) > Options > Set Firefox will: to "Use custom settings for history". > Check mark "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third party cookies"

  • Chrome

    Click the Spanner Icon, then click options > Under the Bonnet > Next to "Cookies" check "Allow local data to be set"

  • Safari

    Click the Cog icon then Preferences... > Security > Check Accept cookies "Only from sites I visit"

  • Opera 11 and over

    At the top of the Opera window, click on the Opera button > Settings > Preferences... > Advanced Tab > Cookies > Check "Accept cookies only from site I visit"

Clear your browser cookies
You may need to clear your old browser cookies and try to sign in again. How to clear browser cookies?

PC Firewall setting
If you have a personal firewall installed (e.g. McAfee Firewall, ZoneAlarm), it may prevent cookie information being sent through. There should be an option in your firewall program to allow cookies. Turn it on to accept cookies.
