Your quicksales Account & Payments
About your quicksales account
An account is created when you join. Any fees you incur on quicksales will be deducted
from your account.
Sales fees (for sellers) will be deducted from your account when an auction ends
successfully or a purchase is made. Promotional fees are deducted from your account
when listings are submitted. Other fees for services are deducted from your account
when selected. You may need to credit your account prior to selecting some promotional
features or services (if you do not have a credit card on file or your account drops
below a certain balance).
Credits on your account cannot be used to pay for items you have won or purchased
on quicksales, they are for paying quicksales fees and charges only. Credits on your account
are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
AutoBill - For your convenience, quicksales fees can be paid automatically
once a month by placing your Credit or Debit card on AutoBill. You can select AutoBill
when paying by Credit or Debit card.

Note: Due to rounding, account balances may at times reflect a balance discrepancy
of 1c less or more.
Credit your account
You can credit your account at any time, the minimum credit amount is $1.00.
Credits on your account are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable
for cash.
- Pay by Credit or Debit card online
You can pay by Credit or Debit card online through our secure server. Payments will
appear in your account immediately. Visa, and MasterCard Credit and Debit cards
accepted. Click here to make

AutoBill - if paying by Credit or Debit card you can set up AutoBill
for convenience.
Note: You can turn AutoBill on or off by making a payment. Select or un-select the
AutoBill checkbox when making card payment. The minimum payment amount is $1.
quicksales use 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of
your credit card information. Your card details are not stored in our database.
Note: Cheques are subject to normal bank clearance.
Your quicksales invoice
You will receive an invoice if you have a negative balance of $1.00 or more at 11:59:59
pm on the last day of the month. If your account has a positive balance on the day
we process the invoices, you will not receive an invoice. We normally process the
invoices on the 1st or 2nd business day of the month.
Invoices are sent by email. You can also view your invoice from the link 'My quicksales
Invoices' in 'My quicksales'. You can see invoice details such as Invoice number, Issued
date, Due date and Amount.

Generate monthly activity statements
You can generate monthly activity statements online from My quicksales >
My Account > Activity Statement.
Close your quicksales account
Credits on your Account made after the 25th February 2008 are non-refundable, non-transferable
and not redeemable for cash. An administration fee of $5 is payable where a member
wishes to close their account and withdraw the balance of credits made on or before
the 25th February 2008. The processing fee only applies when a refund is due (balance
