Temando Help
quicksales and Temando have joined forces to give quicksales sellers access to a wide range
of delivery services. As a buyer on quicksales you'll be able to see and compare multiple
delivery services and prices when viewing an item. The cheapest option will be shown
by default, but you'll have the ability to compare other options.
You can select which delivery option you would prefer when you Checkout (for single
items only). If you win/buy multiple items from the same seller you'll need to wait
for the seller to send you an invoice to get the new total. This allows the seller
to combine the items into a new package (if required) and enter the dimensions back
into quicksales to recalculate the delivery cost.
Both the buyer and seller can track items sent using Temando. This can be tracked
from My quicksales. Go to your Won
Items list and select Track Freight Status from the Action list.
Temando offers optional Goods in Transit insurance to sellers for a cost of 1.1%
of the total price (purchase price + delivery cost). Insurance is available from
sellers that have seletced to offer insurance and can be seen in the Postage
details section on the item detail page.
