How to revise ratings
Revise a rating
You can revise a rating and comment you previously left to another member. Revisions
will show the previous comment and new comment, alternatively you can overwrite
the previous comment.
You can upgrade the rating but not downgrade. For example, you can change the rating
from "Unsatisfied" to "Satisfied". This gives your seller or
buyer a chance to correct a mistake. The score will be recalculated after the revision.
To revise a rating you left
Go to to your 'Sold Items' or 'Won Items' list and locate the item with the Rating
you want to revise. Click on the Rating icon and revise the Rating. Note: If the
item is no longer in your 'Sold' or 'Won' list, you can view the item directly (http://www.quicksales.com.au/buy/auction.aspx?itemid=#####
- replace the ##### with the item number) and then click the "Leave Rating
& Comment" link at the top (you must be signed in).
