Losing the Privilege to Leave a Rating
There are certain circumstances where a member cannot leave a rating.
Within the required time frame
Ratings must be left within 90 days of the item closing. You will be unable to leave
a rating after 90 days.
Unpaid Item dispute
If a buyer is involved in an Unpaid Item dispute, the buyer will lose the
privilege to leave a rating for that item.
Non Verified Members and 'Unsatisfied' Ratings
In order to protect members from non genuine buyers leaving 'Unsatisfied' ratings,
the system requires members to be verified by one of the following verification
options, prior to leaving an 'Unsatisfied' Rating.

Address Verification

Photo ID Verification
|
Note: Suspended and temporary suspended members will lose the privilege to leave
a rating or response whilst the account is in suspension.
