Rating disputes
Ratings left for a member are viewable by the public, so please think carefully
before leaving ratings. Make sure any comments left are factual and fair.
Disputes between trading partners can normally be resolved by communicating before
leaving a rating.
Resolving a rating dispute
Ratings can be revised, so we encourage both parties to resolve any disputes and
revise
the rating.
Rating removal
When using the Rating system, you are prohibited from posting any materials that
(i) interfere with anyone else's use of this Site; (ii) are abusive, illegal, indecent,
obscene, offensive, racist or threatening in any way; (iii) encourage anyone to
break the law; (iv) violate anyone's copyright or other intellectual or other property
right; (v) interfere with the privacy of any other use; (vi) contain a virus or
other harmful component; (vii) contain false or misleading statements of fact or
descriptions of the origin of the material or the communication; or (viii) breach
any of quicksales policies or rules. Comments and responses that breach these rules
will be removed. quicksales reserves the right to edit or remove a rating. Our decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding a reported rating
once a decision is made.
The continuous posting of Comments and Responses to fuel ongoing disputes between
members (constant revisions, additions, responses) will result in both ratings being
removed without the option of leaving a new rating.
The posting of a Rating left in retaliation to receiving an adverse rating or to
a dispute being lodged by the receiving party, will be removed once clearly identified
as being Retaliatory. Admin's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
Ratings posted more than 30 days ago will not be investigated by admin due to time
constraints, with the exception of comments being clearly offensive or abusive.
