I have one of these and was asked how many gigabytes it has - does anyone know how I can find this out?

Hoping someone can help
Cheers

Hi Maggie, If you are talking about the Xbox 360, then the normal xbox has a HDD on it that has the size written on it. These sizes include 20GB, 60GB and 120GB. If no HDD is there then it likely has either 256MB or 512MB of internal space. You can find out by turning it on and then scrolling to the right to the settings and then going to the memory section.

If its an Xbox 360 Elite, like the normal Xbox 360 it should have a HDD attached to with the size written on it. They can have the same sizes as the normal Xbox 360 and also they can have a 250GB.

If it is the new Xbox 360 Slim then the HDD is internal and the only way to find out what size is to turn it on and scroll to the right and go to the settings and then the memory to find out. It will either be 4GB or 250GB.
This info is from my son. Hope this helps and makes sense .Cheers Riitta

Thanks for replying, I have since found out that Xbox (as I have) does not have such a thing, only the Xbox 360's do :-)

Well at least I know now
