Why does it always rain during Royal Show week lol???
Here we are on Friday the 3rd of September and it is raining, consistently raining at that, here in Adelaide for the first day of the Royal Adelaide Show.  It seems to never fail that the show always heralds rain lol.

The forecast for the weekend is yep you guessed it....more rain.

We are taking the kids next Thursday and my eldest boy is going again next Friday with is mates,  I'm just hoping it will clear by then!!

I'm not complaining about the rain, we need all we can get with summer looming but couldn't it rain during the night or couldn't it have rained last week??? lol

It usually rains here in Melb for our show, although I do remember going a few times when we all ended up sunburnt - so who can guess.

I hope you manage to have a good time regardless, and who says they can ever predict the weather right anyway lol

It doesn't matter what the weather, it costs a fortune doesn't it

cheers

I remember many years ago watching the AFL Grand Final in the last week of September. We had the air conditioning on because it was so hot.

All this balony about global warming seems to be a joke.

It's been so cold in Melbourne this winter that I got chillblains in my feet.

sorry for the rant.

hope you have a good time at the show.

I am on NSW Central Coast and we have a Springtime Floral Festival each year in September, and it usually always rains.
A bit like Easter, another usually wet time, Marian
