What is the +1 this on Google Link
Could someone tell me more about the +1 this on Google link that is on the left hade side where you can share items on Facebook - Twitter - Email I have just found the other link.

 +1 is Google's answer to Facebook, it's new and at the moment it is only open by invitation.

I have clicked it on and it took me to google to sign up for it - But I'm lost in all the information.

I don't want to get involved in anything new without it being explained in plain english not IT wording. 
 
Where does the invitation come from Google or Quicksales?

I have also emailed admin to find out more before I do anything more.

It's nothing to do with QS, it's just Google's new social networking site and admin provide links to display your listings there just like they do with Facebook. If it lets you sign up from the link that's great, it is only a few weeks old and originally you needed an invite from someone who had already signed up, they used the same method years ago when Gmail first launched, it adds a sense of exclusivity and makes people want to be part of the club.

Thanks Boo  Yes I did go through and sign up and I'm on a list for someone to contact me.  Looking at it it looked like Facebook!  Seeing I'm not IT minded I didn't want to get caught up in something I didn't understand!  Your last answer explains a lot for me to understand it!  Well I'm waiting and if I can get more of my QS items out there for the public to see it must be better for all sellers on the site!

The +1 on Google+ is the same thing has the  Like Button on Facebook.

But if you want to be a member on Google+ though, you'll have to have a Gmail account, and Google+ takes Your Privacy very Seriously.

I hope that helps, I am a Google+ Addict, it is way better than Facebook in my opinion on much organised and Cleaner than Facebook in my opinion.
