What do you think.. Would you be interested?
Hey everyone, I am wondering if anyone would be interested so please tell me what you think

I am thinking of doing a weekly fashion post. I am not sure if anyone here would be interested though.

What is the age group / target market here on Oz? Would anyone actually read a weekly fashion post?

It would be like any thread here.  Those interested would take part those not wouldn't.
You would have to have a read of the forum rules to make certain you didn't break any.  The one that comes to mind is advertising.  It would be no good to have a talk about eg. sarongs if thats what you sold.

Like already mentioned you would have to be careful how you approached it . Talking about current styles and colours for the season would be ok , but mentioning a particular brand or garment probably wouldn't be etc.

Maybe you could  set up a Blog ? That way you can both show your items and have people join in.

it would not relate to my items. It would purely be whats in fashion etc.
But so far I sont get the feeling it would be worth my while.

It's not the members fault that interest could be low , but the way the Forum rules are applied makes anything like that difficult and the Forums aren't visited by all that many members.

We have the occasional Cosmetic chat , and people join in , same with Craft etc. So just go ahead and do one and then see if there's an interest . Won't hurt to try

Why don't you just try it once and see how it goes.  Provided you follow the rules and there is no advertising I think it might be nice to have a friendly fashion thread.
