Wear a raincoat and pack an umbrella

Sorry, just couldn't help myself....hehehe

EDIT: Would be wise to pack some warm clothes as the sea breeze can get a little chilly!

Hi dancheekymeeky, yes Robina shoppingtown is good but also Harbourtown Shopping Centre is full of outlets and has some great bargains and not far from me up on Tamborine Mt. looking down over the Gold Coast. Heaps of things to see here....rainforests, great shopping in Gallery Walk, MY GALLERY, ha ha, Glow worm caves, wineries, cheese factory oulet, breweries, old fashioned pubs, B & Bs, rockpools, views, fantastic art & craft market...................etc.
Just over 30 minutes from the Gold coast.
Susan : )
P.S. although it could rains in June it is not so likely as that is our dry season. We get our rain in the summer months normally.
I love our Autumn weather at the moment. : )

There are quite a few play centres around the Gold Coast, the kids will have a ball in them.

Also ten pin bowling, you can put the bumpers up for the little ones.

It's belting down here today, cant see the coast for the rain.

Where are you staying at? We always stay at Nobbys Beach. Love it there!
We dont even hire a car at the Gold Coast as the bus service is unreal! You just buy a weekly pass, it even takes you to the theme parks and brings you back.
Drops and picks up all along the Gold Coasy Highway.
You can buy theme park tickets cheaper on line through road service,( we are NRMA in NSW,) and sometimes vouchers are for sale on online auction places.
You will have a ball there! Marian
