User ID not registered?
I've just downloaded Express Lister and when I try to login it tells me "This User ID is not registered to use Express Lister.  Please register first".  What does that mean?   Is there something I've missed?

is your password correct ? The same as your log in ID ?


Edit = you have no verification/become a seller showing so you need to do first that I would say

Have you registered as a Seller and have some sort of verification?

Register as a Seller:

That may be why you are unable to use EL.

Hi, thanks for your replies.  I have registered as a seller and awaiting verification my mail, but I read that I could do my listings and they would list as soon as I received the verification.  Password is the same too. Maybe I have to wait for the verification?

Until you have completed your seller verification process, any listings created by http://www.quicksales.com.au/secure/OA/sell/default.aspx will sit in pending and EL will not allow log in.

If you have a landline, phone verification will speed up the proceedure. It's free, it is totally instant (make sure you stay by the phone & don't allow anyone to use it) & when you complete your address verification, that would provide 2 vero's for you.

Are you registered to be a SELLER
You need verification to sell
anyone canbe a buyer

You also need to be either Aussie or N.Z. resident ( to sell )

So buyers can't be Phone Verified?

And they still don't need to be verified at all?

I thought that would have been changed by now.

That's what I meant Issabella10. I thought that would be fixed by now.

BTW. It can take up to 5 days working days for mail to reach a person if they are Interstate.
As far as I know, Admin are still in Melbourne.
