Two selling ID's...combined post ?
For those sellers who have 2 selling ID's...is there a way to combine invoices from two ID's ( to reflect combined postage ) ?  Other than manually doing it on one invoice..
My guess is...no

I don't think so - as they would be seen as separate transactions.

A buyer could contact a seller with more than 1 store and ask about any discounts or combining.  It would be easy enough to alter the postage amount on one invoice to accommodate.

Thanks Jules. Yes that's what I thought. Easily adjusted for sure but I just wondered if it was able to be done automatically..

Top day to you !

Seperate ID's are just that , neither are linked with anything on qs . When multiple purchases happen on my ID's I notify the buyer just in case they don't realise I'm one and the same and then apply postage to the one Invoice only , usually the one with the most items.

Then I send the buyer a confirmation email stating the seperate amounts , or if they wish to pay it as one (Bank Dep) then that's ok ..

Hasn't been an issue before except for once when the buyer paid both items immediately via PayPal so I just sent them an email asking if they wished both parcel to go as one ( in which case there was a partial refund for postage) or seperate .

Thanks for that  I didn't think the two accounts would be linked but wasn't sure. Great advice, thank you !
