Trouble with Paymate??
Is anyone having trouble with the Paymate site?
We can't send an invoice or navigate around the site.
Tried contacting them but no response.Usually their support is very good.

Yes I am in the same boat , Seems you cannot send an invoice from their site any more.
Also 2 buyers tried to pay me and their payment was rejected by paymate ,
With the recent troubles I am thinking of wiping paymate from my paying options

Yep, me too.
I have taken off paymant due to all the problems I had. Took over 10 days to get my money/paymnet.
After me having to phone them up in NSW twice to confirm that it was my account.
Never again. And this was the 1st time paymate was used by a buyer and now the last time.

Hi Yes I have had the same problem but found this link :

I used this to make the invoice them copied and pasted into an email, but preferred the email being sent from paymate.
Not sure what has happened as I still received the payment.
Hate it when they change things around.

Hi I have the latest newsletter and here is the reference part to my account pages.

New myAccount pages launches 28 August

After a successful Beta testing period (thanks for your feedback), the new, improved logged in pages to use your Paymate account have been released.  Australian clients will notice the changes, now matched to the navigation already available to our New Zealand clients.  With these changes, all our clients are supported by a single website and a technology platform that will enable new features to be more easily developed. 

We may need to use the express section from the link I posted above for your invoices, a bit tacky I think.

I think you are right. I heard back from them this morning and
they said the invoice option was under used so they have dropped it.
Just something else to exercise the grey matter.....

Hi Alan
Thanks for letting me know but I was hoping I was wrong and there was a glitch.
Need to write all these notes down as I think the grey matter is getting a bit slow on the recall  with holding all this info.
Shame we cant give it a disk clean up and a defrag. lol
