to list or not to list
Im just wondering how good quality kids clothing sales are going?
I had a lot of listings a few months ago , but it was so very slow i just ended them and sold elsewhere.
I love quicksales (or as it was when I last listed ,oztion) , but get a bit depressed seeing days go by without sales.
The site looks very different now- so just wondering what I have missed??

Sales are slow everywhere. However, if your items are not listed, they can't sell. So why not list them anyway? I don't sell kids clothes, but I have a feeling they usually do quite well here, relatively. Better than lots of other categories anyway.

 Not much.

Things have not improved.

Unless you r prepared to sell items for under a couple of dollars.

If you are a hobby seller i say go for it. If you are in it to make a living then good luck.

Welcome back  There's a few changes , just read the Notices. One is that your listings can now be relisted until sold (free)  and you don't have to do anything but select "relist"

Sales are bad everywhere , it's a bit like what % of the population shops at Coles or IGA , or buys Brand name or Discount etc , you'll find sales here are probably comparivite to sites relative to qs own membership base etc.

List away , costs nothing and kids clothes at good prices may sell well .

Welcome back!  You may just have that 'something'  that  someone is looking for, so why not give it a go .
If you do get depressed easily - that could be a worry.

For me  it can be like going fishing sometimes there's nibbles and sometimes there's bites  and if I'm lucky sometimes I haul in a buyer lol

I sell kids' clothes, and am selling about one sixth of what I was selling a few months ago.

I just cannot understand it, as my clothes are really cheap and good quality - a lot of Designer labels, but it must be just the economic climate.

ok , will give it another go!
And I had to laugh about the depressed bit.
I had to organise 32 Angus cows to get to Victoria today , so they can catch a livestock plane to Russia. I was hounded by a stressed husband , a Russian named "Bill" , a health inspector in Margaret River , three workmen , a vet , - and even then I didnt get depressed , so hopefully not selling my kids clothes wont tip me over the edge.

I'd guess you'd find listing clothing rather relaxing then, lol

Welcome back :)
