Thermo cookers = which one?????
Hi all I was watching a 4x4 show the other day, and they had these shuttle chef thermo cookers, and even though they are expensive I thought what a great idea.  Anyway googled them and got a shock at the price $390!! Went to BCF yesterday, and they have a dreampot there. Similar concept and $300. Has anyone used these and if so what brand and what did you think of it?

My in-laws have a Dreampot that they bought at a Caravan show. They think it's the best thing out.

However, I think they have only used it twice to make a dessert dumpling thingo - I wasn't much fussed.

Looks to me to be a bit like a bread maker - great idea in theory but just ends up taking up space

Ihave seen these demostrated and yes they look good but way overpriced
