Shopfront out of whack!
I never use to have to scroll over to see the whole shopfront but now I do!  No matter how small I make the font or pictures, the page size doesn't alter!!  Just wondering if anyone elses shopfronts are now out of whack?

I can see your whole shopfront without having to scroll sideways. Have you changed the resolution on your monitor?

If you hold down Control on the keyboard, then use the scroll button up or down, it will alter the screen view.

No magnolia, it's always set at 100%.  The only way to see the entire shopfront is to reduce it to 75% but then of course, I can't read a thing!  I've looked at a couple of other shops and they too are out of whack!  I use IE, what are you using?

I don't want to have to alter the screen size echo. It use to fit so something has changed!  I've cleared cookies, I've restarted the computer and I've tried viewing it on FF as well and it's still not right.  My monitor is about 55cm wide diagonally and I've not changed my monitor settings at all.  I hate scrolling across to read things and if people don't realise that they need to scroll, then they may not see everything on the shopfront.

This is a problem with all shopfronts not just yours even ones with no items listed in them, if you have a look at other shops you'll find they are the same. Its the same in all browsers as well so it doesn't matter which you use.

It appears quicksales no longer supports those who have a smaller monitor or a screen resolution less than 1366px wide. I prefer to run my browser not at full screen so I still have access to my desktop and other windows without closing the browser window and I find I have to scroll sideways now to view the whole of the vshop front but if I enlarge the browser to full screen which is an inconvenience to me I can then view it without scrolling sideways.

Hi Nara, I just had a look and had to scroll L & R-----Then I closed " my favorites" at the side and all was visible.
Thats just me though..Dont know about other people. Cheers Fran

Thanks Paddy for that.  It's a pain in the butt and I'll be emailing Admin about it as there is at least an inch either side which there's a total waste of space.  Nothing is written in there so surely it can be adjusted to fit again.

Fran, I don't have favourites on the side while I'm surfing the net. Only use them when I need to, then shut the box down but thanks anyway.

My screen is also around 55cm diagonally across. I am using Firefox but I don;t think that is relevant.

When I mentioned the monitor resolution I was referring to the settings used - perhaps check yours? (see below)

Ok, that's made sense magnolia!  Sorry I didn't realise that Paddy & yourself were talking about something else!  I've followed your instructions and have changed it to 1280 x 1024 and gezzzzzzzzz now I'm really going to need to wear my glasses!  Not sure I like the extremely small print so for the sake of my eyes, I might turn it back.
