Sales Preview
In the process of creating a sale (my 1st sale on here) thought I copy the HTML from my ebay listing but when I look at the preview on quicksales it's not the same. Spacing is out. In edit it looks all fine but when I click on preview it's out. How accurate is the preview?

The preview will be pretty spot on. You need to clean it all first before putting the info on here.

WELCOME to Quicksales.

If your original listings have been done in Microsoft Word and copy and pasted they will not work on Quicksales.  The HTML makes them all spaces every where. You will have to edit ALL the HTML out.

Best way to edit out the HTML code is to copy and paste it into Notepad (Wordpad if there is lots of text). This will strip out all of Word's coding, and you will then have to add new HTML coding to the 'clean' file.

If your existing ebay listings are in turbo lister, you can download express lister and import them that way.   I haven't done it, so I'm now sure if they look the same or not.
Maybe someone here has done that and can let you know

How do I import items from Turbo Lister?

Did you try all the fixes in this thread?  EJ finally got his EL to work, so it could be worth a try.

I'm using XP

The best thing to do is to copy all HTML on to Notepad or a HTML editor and edit it from there. Every time you copy from a web browser or Word it will carry coding in the background which Notepad will not recognise. It will only paste what you can actually see.
