QUICKSALES - i think i like you guys

Thank you for allowing us to have auto relist until sold FREE. No more chasing my items around in circles.
This change will reward the whole site. It means that sellers like myself will be able to afford to keep a larger inventory.

Auto relist until sold saves time and money.

THANK YOU!

I agree. It means I can spend more time listing new items than trying to keep up with relisting existing items.

Rose, you can bulk upload items from your Unsold list for no charge. Below is from Site Announcements.

What does this mean for me?
  • Instead of paying to re-list your items every 60 days, you can now manually re-list any of your unsold items from your “Unsold” list for free*.
  • If you have a quicksales vShop, you can select your items to “Auto-Relist Until Sold” (ARUS). This means your items will remain for sale until they are sold or you cancel your ad. So make sure all of your items have ARUS selected - it’s free*.
  • If you do not have a quicksales vShop and you currently have your items selected to ARUS, they will continue to ARUS until the 14th August. After this time, you can still manually re-list them from your “Unsold” list for free*.

Yes it got me motivated again too. It has sellers thinking about what else they can add to Quicksales. It is the best thing i have seen happen on this website in years. I am impressed.

Now bring on the buyers

from me, too!  I've now got over 1000 listings thanks to not spending time relisting.  I might even get the rest of my stock listed before the end of the decade.

It must take a load off their system as well because a lot less people would be using Sell Similar to relist items.  I feel like I'm starting to get a life again!!!

Yes,Quicksales are doing very well now and when they let the general public know they are a great buying and selling option things will get better. Not enough public awareness yet but once that happens...ZOOOOOM!

def a big thumbs up from all of us. I used to waste all my time doing relists!! Now getting a lot more new listings done!
Sales have been ok too!
And look how many more items are listed...before they bought in the free relists our items for sale was around 440.000....now look...atm its over 516,000. Woohoo. And much better choice of items too. I have even been able to find what I was looking for and have bought a few things lately.

WELL DONE ADMIN!! YAY

i thought the point of selling was to sell things not just pour heaps of money into warehousing stock. surely ever increasing inventory just means sales are slower than stocking rate, am I missing something?

Stock and forget approach seems to be unique to Quiksales, even B & M businesses dont aim to accumulate stock.

More sellers listing a wider variety as a result of it being financially worthwhile is what we need not a limited number of sellers amassing huge inventories
