Picnik is closing
What a shame!   I love this programme for editing my pics, especially when two pictures need to be made into a collage.

Does anyone know of another programme that does the same thing?

Another option is Pixlr, which does not have to be downloaded and can be used in your browser. It's free and easy to use.

Marie , can you use PB to make collages ? ( I'll try on IE , I think FF is blocking something)

I tried Admins suggestion but it's way to cumbersome , for a free collage program Picasso is good.

My Magic Collage program was a freebie by giveawayoftheday , they often have editing programs

Thank you everybody for all the above suggestions.

I suppose certain sites are good for certain jobs.

I use Paint Shop Pro for opening and resizing my pics.   Sometimes I use it for highlighting colours and contrast.
I then use Picassa to open the pics and do other things I haven't learned to do on PSP.
I've always used Photobucket for transferring picturres to other sites, and it's really good for storing my pics.    I tried to find if it would do a collage but it was slow and cumbersome and I couldn't get my way around the forum. (just my inability and impatience!)
Pxlr looks much like PSP.   I registered and I'll have a go at that one.

My problem is - I just wanted a site that was easy to get around and do the job, just like Picnik!!

Thanks again for all your suggestions and I'll get around to trying them and let you know.

regards
Ann
