Perfume has Expiry dates
Did you know that all perfume have expiry dates? even they dont display it on the packaging but they do.

In Europe they must have exipry date on indiviudal boxes.

Same as the fragrances which i sell have an expiry date if the boxes havent been opened and kept in a cool area they dont go off.

If you live in a hot room keep all your pefume in a dark cool room if not put them in the fridge.

good quality lipstick has an expiry date.

and good quality moisturiser.

Lots of cheaper / made in China ones don't mention the expiry date so it is safest to ask the seller.

That's right, FFL. I've been telling everyone for years but no one believes me!
Rich, when perfume is past its best it will still usually smell ok in the bottle, but reacts with the skin when used. The smell is hard to describe, but once sniffed you won't forget it - sort of sour.
I was always told to use perfume within 12 months of opening
Cheers Rumpy

fragrance does go off (EVENTUALLY) like old wine.
If you use a dab on fragrance, it wont last as long as a spray. Spray fragrance lasts for a while (2-3 years or sometimes longer) keep it in its box, in a cupboard.
I have covered this a long time ago.

Unfortunately it does , perfume or other fragrances loose their strength or have a chemical change , couple that with your skin chemistry and you could end up smelling like poop .

A lot of my make up is in the fridge , but perfumes are in a cool drawer . Cold lippy is nice !

Hi
cheap old perfume & cheap old after shave are great for cleaning your sunnies or glasses

The alcohol in them gets them clean

but 99% of all things have a use by date or "best by" date

the perfume will just go "off" smelling
unlike mascaras etc- this will actually cause problems with your eyelashes- falling out etc
and getting other eye troubles

cheers :-)
