Hi Fran spacers will not change the way the bead charm hangs.

Depends on the design of the charm, if it is genuine sterling silver it is easy, silver solder a small ring on the bottom and hang an appropriate small charm on the ring as a dangler. That is the easiest and makes your charm unique.

i have a genuine Pandora bracelet and what you do is buy a few clips... they sit of the thread part of the bracelet so when you have several charms you can divide them up a bit using the clips. The clips will not move other than spin... you can also use the clips as a normal charm (and they will move up ad down on the chain)
hope i have made sense.

PS just as a warning, Pandora will not honour the warranty if something is faulty with their product, if they can prove that another charm other than Pandora was added to the chain... although, not sure how they could prove it :)
