yay :)
we got our free games last night, it's the least sony could do for all the muck around with redoing the 2 credit cards(joint
account) and direct debits etc...

so thank you sony :)

as an aside, a bank that shall remain nameless, but think green dragon, tried to charge me $15 each to replace the 2 cards, even though the operator on the phone did admit to having a directive from the powers that be to cancel any cards that had been affected.
they could see on my account 2 legit charges to sony, and I argued that sony were a reputable company and I didn't actually lose my cards or declare them stolen, and that I wouldn't be paying the $30.
so we had some back and forth, her, supervisor, me, they weren't going to waive the fees.
so then after telling the operator to not actually worry about replacing the cards and to close the account (no monies owing) she re-spoke to her supervisor who then decided not to charge me the replacement fees...

so 'thank you' green dragon bank...

Sorry you had all the trouble with your banks
Ive been lucky so far and seen no action on My credit card but if I did I would politely remind the bank that this is the reason they are being taken to court for actions against customers that have no reason or relevance to them ... banks will always do their best to be very unhelpfull - and no Im not aiming this at anyone who works in a bank ...your just following what the bank says you have to do wether you agree with it or not.
Its always interesting when you say your going to close/take your account elsewhere that they can magically fix the problems.
