It depends on when you registered and the volume of your account activity. - If your account activity has exceeded more than 5,000 listings including sold, unsold, selling etc, the system will reject a username change. - If your activity does not exceed this limit and you registered after the 01/01/07, we can change your User ID. Please contact us with your preferred User IDs in order of preference. - If your activity does not exceed this limit and you registered prior to 01/01/07, we can change your username if you retain the first 3 characters of your User ID (i.e. change nicky456 to nicsplace). - If you're okay with retaining the first 3 characters please contact us with your preferred User IDs in order of preference. I also had a look in the general search box and found your items no worries. In your shop, all of your items are currently under your category of "jigsaws". You can easily move them to new or different categories through your selling page.
