New Olay Pro-X skincare range - has anyone tried it?
Just wondering if anyones tried any of the products from the new Olay Pro-X skincare range?
I'm interested in trying it but would like to know if they're products are worth the price.

there are lots of great moisturizers out there. all moisturizers will make the skin APPEAR smoother, and all act as a base for your foundation. OLAY use to be about 99% water, and only 1% active ingredients.

Just about all moisterisers have the same base materials , most are just plain glycerine , water and preservatives etc. Throw in a bit of Vit E and C and that's all they are

Welll not quite but you get the drift.

Has Olay gone back to their original name ? Some years ago they changed their bane didn't they ?

They used to be Oil of Ulan they are now Olay or oil of olay.

They are infact are VERY VERY good product and have been since they bought out their age defying ranges in the late 90's/2000's the technology and ingredients in them are great especially for the price.

Even their origianl range ( the pink or white fluid is great which i wear the white fluid for sensitivve skin under my mineral makeup as its not too heavy an emolient under the minerals.

SO SO many things make a good skin care product for each of us, so much comes down to the way we live, lifestyle, smoking, drinking, sunning, genes, drugs, medications etc as to how well one works for us. Some of us are lucky enough to get away with looking good with very little others need more but as far as their range goes and prices they are up there wit the best. I have worked for many cosmetics companies in the past and it has always been a hush hush secret that olay is  a great range.

I havent used the new range but would be interested as i do most of my skincare at night and leave the lighter stuff for the day under my makeup, which by the way wearing makeup can be a good skin saver too.

I am 42  years old( next week ) and not a wrinkle on my face except am showing a few signs of very fine lines under the eyes in certain light ( call the police LOL ) and i also have just been through 6 months of cancer treamtents which has played havoc with my skin. Like I said whatsa good for one isnt necessarily good for another. I have been blessed with good genes i think and also dont smoke, dont drink, and rarely go in the sun for long periods and always wear makeup when out.

I would be interested to know how good the range is if someone can come in and tell us their experience too.

I was at the shops yesterday and saw this product on special.  (Starter pack has 3 items in it)  I always like it when something is included especially for the eyes :)  Then I noticed you can go to the website and claim an extra $20 reimbursement, so I bought some :)
Tried it last night and feels really nice.  Different to the md .. but then again .. my skin benefits from changing brands.  So I'll use this one for a couple of months and report back.
