mobile phone help
trying to recharge my mobile phone. message: insert simcard ! then unable to charge. it has a simcard, please explain. its 3 years old. its a motorola phone. any help would be appreciated. thank you.

try leaving it plugged in,wile taking out sim card and making sure it is in the right way.
it may be so flat that you need to let it charge for 30 minutes then try turning it back on.

My old phone used to do that. Motorola too.
I had to take out the battery and sim card
put them back in again
then all was ok again.
my guess is something may of come lose or slightly out of place.
