Men's shirt size 112cm equivalent to?
What is a men's shirt marked size 112cm (presumably chest measurement) equivalent to in the categories of choice here? I have listed a men's shirt about which I know nothing (one of my daughters bought it for herself), and while listing, I had to choose from a range of categories that did not include 112cm chest. (actual chest measurment is 128cm, so I guess men's sizing is as wildly inconsistent as women's). The categories I had to choose from were either neck size (huh??) or  S, M. L. XL, etc. So can anyone advise me what I should list it as?

Men's 112cm is XXL in a lot of shops.

Really? I would have thought that a chest measurment of 112cm is not all that big for a man.

magnolia I have a shirt listed in XL, the measurement across chest is 63 cms, so 126 cms and its XL. Another XXL is 138 cms, hope this helps, Marian

As sizes are so different all you can really do is make sure all measurements are right, Marian

Just to clarify my earlier reply, if you're in target or kmart looking at mens polos & wincheaters (casual stuff) most of the labels will be 92cm/S, 97cm/M, 102cm/L. 107/XL, 112/XXL, 117/3X, 122/4X etc.
The actual garments could measure anything, but that's the standard sizing. I haven't bought a business shirt for donkey's years, so I really don't know whether they go by chest measurement or by neck measurement.

Thanks everyone. I have listed the item and have bypassed the size categories that QS supplies by listing it as 'other' . Glad I don't get many men's clothes to list.
