Thanks Debs

Hi Debs, yes and it's amazing.  I have sensitive skin, yet this is comfortable to wear.  Seems to shrink the skin on contact :)
I've been using it for about 2 months now.

Has anyone tried 'freeze frame' thats being advertised alot? its supposed to be like Botox but an at home cream type application no needles. Sounds too good to be true!

I'm using the MD now, it arrived a week ago, not sure its doing anything yet ? Does it take time for results to show? The packaging and instructions are also contradictory, as box says to rub it and massage the cream in, the instructions inside say to 'dab' it on.
Ladies (who are currently using this) which method is best do you think?

Hi bitsnbobs, I just put one full squirt of the bottle into my hand, then put it on my fingers and "rub" over my face.
It absorbs quickly, then I just dab it to ensure I get all of my face and neck.  You can't rub then as the skin goes kind of tight.
My son noticed a difference right from the start (I can't see close up).

I have used MD visage and have seen absolutely no difference whatsoever.  I am so disappointed! I have used it for a week now and intend sending the whole lot back.  I was so hoping it would work.

Yes I bought it in good faith that it worked. Didn't do a thing except make my face feel like I'd used soap. I tried to return it to the chemist who told me to ring company. I did a test on one eye just to be sure i wasn't wrong about it doing nothing. Husband picked the wrong eye it was on, so definately no results.
I was cut off from the call as soon as they knew I wasn't buying anything. I tried another of thier number and was treated very rudely "do you believe everything you read and hear?" along with other insulting comments. Yes i believe a product should be refunded if it doesn't do as claimed, whether it be a vacumn cleaner, hair dye, or skin cream. I asked for a senior manager was put on hold forever, they then gave me a number to ring that was not their company at all! When I tried ringing back my number had been blocked.
They are a scam, and rely on people being too lazy or not wanting the hassle to ask for a refund on something that doesn't perform as claimed. They admitted to it "do you always return things that don't work? (i said yes) they wanted an example and said "well that can't be true if you cant remember the exact product and date you did" (saying i was a liar)
Disgusting after sales service. I have contacted consumer affairs about this incident. I think if they can afford huge ads in the newspaper and claim it's so good they'll give you a "free" trial (only when they have your credit card!) I think a refund shouldn't be too hard.

See for yourself. I have the MD Visage on one side of my face. As you can see even with a ton of imagination and hopefulness there is absolutely no difference other than  one side of my feeling unpleasant from the product.

Photobucket

In case you somehow see a difference and wondering which side I have it on,  my left, which is the right side of the picture displayed.

Hi
I bought the stuff & did the " 3 jars for so much " instead of just the free jar & postage
I cancelled and got another lot
then rang - - They said I could have the 3 for $50 & I said no- I don't want it

so- I was told to post it back ( registered mail) which cost me $18 and they sent it again-- again- sent back &
I got it again & wrote another letter and told them if they sent it out again I would call fair trading & 2GB

3 lots of registered mail before I got my money back ( less postage)

It would have been cheaper to accept for the $50 but I was furious they wont cancel

It also took me AGES to get through to cancel- If you order- they ask for your Credit Card to pay postage & then they charge you every month / 3 months for the next lot
you MUST cancel before that & the number they give- guess what- no answer
I left messages - wrote emails- nothing

took me a week of this ( each day) before I got through and then the above rubbish happened

I will never use them again- and found the product OK for special occasions but other than that - to me- rubbish

you can see it on your face & have to not move the lines for 5 mins or you will add lines to the face
once you get it- you must put on make-up to cover the caked effect of the stuff and then it starts to "unfreeze" - and you need a clean face to start over
wont last a full day

for a special evening- yes- I would use it- but I gave away 2 jars and have an almost full one still & wont ever use that "try our product for free- just pay the postage - Credit card holders only"  company EVER again
My credit card went over the limit- I had bills denied and then weeks spent trying to get them to stop sending the product and refund me
insane
never again

Cheers
PS
i had no idea you can buy in it a chemist !
also- the idea of the stuff is to make the rest of the face swell- hence the lines get pulled out when the face gets bigger / puffier
a bit like collegen

Hi.
do NOT  rub it in

dab it in - Dab & Dab
don't smile- don't move a muscle in the face - just freeze- don't talk

dab & it will work but then you will need make up or it looks like a caked effect

If you don't like cancel NOW as it will take forever to get through & please- get a name - details- ask for a reference or something to prove they have taken the order to cancel- as I didn't make a note
get a time  / date & who you spoke to & write it down - or they will bill you again & again & again

Cheers :-)
