Is this a scam?
received this email, btw is there any way I can get the emails sent to my outlook express rather than having to log into QS to see them?

Anyway, the email..

Hello seller,i'm quite interested in immediate purchase of your item, i'm a straight person and always want to be treat the same way, What is the condition of this your item? this is only what can make me to be worry, cause I will not be able to come over and look at it, i am an oceanographer and i am buying this item for my daughter in oversea , i am at sea right now,and I can only pay through Paypal and you can put the Paypal charges on me because as at present, i don't have access to my bank account online,but i have it attached to my Paypal account,and this is why am using Paypal to pay,all i will need is your paypal email address to make the payments , you don't need to bother of the shipment, i have a pick up agent that will come over for the pick up, after payments has been sorted and will also handle the paper works. Where is the exact location for the pick up? So that I can contact the pick up agent with your location to know how much it will cost me for the pick up, the pick up agent still have some other stuffs to pick up for me, I want you to send me your email address or get back to my direct email (marwoodrbt@yahoo.com) I will be looking forward to hear back from you ASAP. total scam. please report it to admin, and you need to edit out that email address.

I thought so, no where do they mention the item in question, not where do they mention their name or number or their agents name or number

When you check the email that's come through via Quicksales, you'll see a link right down the very bottom of the email.... click on the report message part.  Whatever you do, don't reply to that message!  Once reported, Admin may even de-register the member!
Your Quicksales emails should also be going to your registered Quicksales email address.  To check what email address you've registered, click here.  Beside your name will be the email address you used when you registered. If you want to change that, click on the left hand side menu to update to your Outlook Express email addy.

LOL they pick some weird items to try scamming you with.  Got similiar message 4 days ago from someone out at sea wanting to purchase a semi trailer tyre.  PML at that one.

 ....& my pottery jug! What weirdos these oceanographers are! Oceanographer being one of the few words actually spelled correctly in the scam mail!

Edit - Maybe the jug was for baling the truck tyre boat whilst lounging in front of the aircon? LOL!

Bugger! Nothing to do with oztion but received an SMS message on my mobile - "Your mobile Number has won 900,000 GBP in the Apple iPhone survey. Send claim code etc, etc to !!!!!!".(an email address.
Well my happy Oztionite family - when I claim my prize, we shall all be rich as i will share!
