pirieonline Are you trying to Import using Tools, as per picture below? When you click on the Vers 2.0, it will open up your computer location files (I just tried it and it worked for me), then find where you backed up your EL database and follow the prompts. When you are backing up your EL database, it is better to do it in smaller "chunks". I have found EL handles importing and exporting the files in small "chunks". I do mine mostly alphabetically and have found it saves and imports much more swiftly. If you have tried this and you can definitely find your EL backup data (xxxx.xml files) on your hard drive, it is going to have to be a question for the quicksales techs. Cheers xe
