How can I close my vShop?
You can close your vShop by going to your vShop Manager > vShop Settings
Note: Setting your vShop to "Offline" does not close it, the vShop monthly fee will still be charged. You need to close your vShop to avoid paying the monthly subscription fee.

Hi Barry, I found the above on the Site Map if it helps, you can be a seller still but without the shop. Marian

Me too Barry. This site is a total dud.

hi,
yes, going back to listings only is a good idea if your not selling. i've got the same problem not many sales, but when I get them they rarely pay. i'm sick of filing NPB reports

I feel for you. I used to have a vshop with about 1000 items listed but closed it over a year ago.

Problem is that this mob do absolutely NOTHING to promote quicksales & previously Oztion.

I asked everyone I know if they had heard of Oztion (it was a while ago), out of over a hundred, only three knew what the hell I was talking about. Ebuy is top of mind for buyers, this place not even on the map.

It used to be manageable, not good though, when it was cheap to list, but that was long long ago :(

Hi Barry,

it might be too late, but if you download and install Express Lister 2 from here:-

http://203.214.160.42/el2/EL_Installer.msi

you can download both your sold and current listings and use it as a means to backup your listings.
That way you can remove your listings and end your store, but if you change your mind later, you can reupload them without having to create them again from scratch.

BTW, I too am thinking of closing because sales have been dead in the water for months now on Quicksales, but I also sell on ebay and that too has taken a dive over the same period.

Cheers, Ray.

I have just closed my V Shop because i dont believe it is worth it with this mob . I have had a Seller rip me off for $210.00 and the best they can do is put there account on hold .  When i contact them i get the same run around . I have gone through the process over and over but they still  say you have to do this and you have to do that . Well i have and i and not going to play there games anymore . I have been hear for a few years and it is obvious they dont care .

roo, I would be contacting the other people who were ripped off and finding out how they were successful in getting their money refunded (read the ratings). It can't hurt to try (if you haven't already done that).
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but didn't you have doubts about this seller when they were already one of your NPB's when they bought off you?
