Hi
I am writing to you to Highly Commend and Praise one of your customer service people on a job well done, her name is Helen and she wrote to me via email to let me know that I unfairly treated a potential buyer, I realised my mistake and profusely apologised for this., Helen made me see the error in my judgement, but at the same time was caring and very professional.
These days it's easier to complain rather than to give praise.
I know my action was wrong and I take full responsibility, but if it weren't for Helen, I would not have seen this as being wrong.
In the future I will be more careful.
I Thankyou for a having a more personal touch with your customer service people, it's nice to know there is someone here to talk to.

It is only by accident, by doing a google search for fabrics that I came accross oztion, as I had never heard about you before. Your site is very easy to navigate and seeing as you have only been going for a short while, I think you have worked wonders. Good on you for putting up some competition for Ebay. I have told my friends about you and they agree that oztion is a great site too. I reckon you had better get yourselves onto "A Current Affair" so that more people get to know about you, because I believe you are the best, even better then Ebay. Subject: Testimonial as well as suggestions for improvements

Hello. I would first like to say that you guys are all doing a FANTASTIC job and you really and truly need to be commended for all your hard work and efforts that the entire OZtion team is putting into making this such a FANTASTIC OZtion site!!
I am very proud (could just KICK myself for not becoming active MANY months ago!!!)to say that this is a site that not only can we TRULY earn money at instead of going under, but you guys are the BEST with caring what us sellers want and need!!!
My only major complaints are:
1. The site isn't overly seller friendly, meaning that we are having to spend way too much time ticking all the boxes for multiple purchases. We should be able to tick all boxes from 1 customer, Mark it paid (or feedback, or items sent), and have it do the same for all from that customer on the single invoice.
2. We need cookies set to where it is remembered that we chose to view 500 Sold items before we ticked to add note, or whatever. The same with selling items.
These are all taking us sellers soo long to do that it's taking away from our listing items, therefore cutting back on money to us as well as to you guys.

I've been a member here for close to a year now, and I just have to say how very impressed I am at how responsive the Admins and staff here are. They really pay attention to their customers' concerns. They're actually listening! Requests for new features are regularly honoured, and there are posts in the forum from various members of the administration and staff. You even get personalised responses to emails, it's great!

I never cease to be impressed by the initiatives of the staff and administration here. Having a "business partner" who cares not only about their own business but also about yours is fantastic.

I would like to congratulate you on the wonderful job you have done in the set up of the shops.
The layout is great, and solves problems I have had in the past.
It's great the way only one page comes up when people click on to the shop, forcing them to click on the individual categories to see more.
This stops the jumble of 100's of items.
Because of this setup, I would have no hesitation of listing hundreds of items, which I was not able to do in ebay shop setup, as it would have made my auction items get lost.
I am also impressed with the shopping trolley, so that people can see how they are going. Less emphasis on individual purchases. Has more of a
"what else can I get" feel about it.

I am still struggling a bit with the HTML of the shopfront, but will get back to you next week if I have not worked it out by then.

I have only been here a few days now and I am starting to feel real comfortable. Selling for the last two yrs on eBay was great and was worth my while but since raising there fees so much almost 100% it just wasn't worth it anymore. Today I have notice many of my competion eBay customers are moving over to oztion which is now starting to make me feel right at home. I don’t mind competion it makes me stronger. I am going to be a busy girl listing over 500 items on oztion but it will be worth my while. If you are undecided about comming over to oztion just do the money figures and then you will change. Not to mention it is an Australian Auction, which makes me a bit better, helping my country. Spread the word. Thankyou Regards Sherie

It's good to see this site finally getting some decent traffic and sales - now you need to concentrate on improving the BUSINESS & INDUSTRIAL listings, to really get the people to flock in!

I trust this site will go from strength to strength, and that OZtion will really get up eBay's nose!!

All you need now, is to alter the site layout, to RESEMBLE eBay!! .. don't they reckon imitation is the sincerest form of flattery??

I would just like to say that I am very pleased with your site. My neighbour and I have been selling on ebay for some time now to save a little extra cash for a holiday but don't seem to be getting to our goal due to the fees.
I am more than happy with your fee structure, as well as the ability to include multiple photo's to promote our items, AT NO EXTRA COST. I am also extremely impressed with the option to save your listed items or select a time for them to start, (AGAIN AT NO EXTRA COST). We are certainly promoting your site and hope that more people will join this great site as it will benefit you and us. Another great asset to your site is the auto relist option and the email alert you get when you have a bid. We find all these extra options VERY handy as we have kids and only get to list items when time permits. I have been selling on ebay for 3 years now.
Oztion is a professional looking and very easy to use auction system. It is THE BEST Australian auction site by a long shot. It is far far superior to many others going around.

You are a worthy opposition to ebay's monopoly.
eBay has become arrogant and inflexible. They have stopped listening to people, just like a dictator ; a monopoly in this case.

I do hope that you are patient enough to wait until you achieve viable/higher traffic. I also hope that when that is achieved you do not sell out to ebay.

Hi, I have just got to add this as I am such a happy camper finding this site. I use to trade on ebay but the fees sent me insane and the help area wasn't up to my expectations.
But I have found this site and have just started to list things, I have though bought a few items and I have to say the sellers are great and helpful to match. I have recommended this site to my friend who ebay's so hopefully he will pop over for a lookie...
Keep up the great work and keep this site easy to manage and find your way around. I hope that one made sense.

I have to say I am so impressed with your site, how refreshing!!!
It is easy to get around, looks fantastic and best off all is the fee structure.
I was a power seller on another well known auction site but the fees were killing me.

I joined OZtion after a friend toldme about this site in August 2005.

I have looked at other sites and they don't come close.
For Buyer/Seller it is very user friendly and the Admin.staff are exceptional.
This site is growing daily.So why not come and join us and make this site the Greatest.

I have spent soooo much on Ebay, so it is really great to have an aussie site where they look after their buyers/sellers without all the expense that Ebay charges. Just a short message to complement you on the wonderfully efficient site.
It is so quick & easy to change anything - not like the 10 page drama on the other side.
The only thing I would like to see is the reserves option as this encourages buyers to bid due to the low start price & a bulk loader.
We used to do very well with reserves when Ebay had them.

I have been a member since September. I'm happy that I made the change. My sales have been quite good and have all been trouble free. I have also purchased some items and have been very pleased with these.
I find that Admin are very helpful and the other members are as well. Questions are answered very quickly on the forums.We also send out a Birthday Greeting for any member so if you want to join just email me and I will add you to the list.

And sadly I have seen the same thing on other smaller sites, you get an influx of new members they start complaining and bang takes the mojo from the place..

I had a good week this week, after I thought it may be a bad one, I love the wanted forum, sold quite a few things there and it's easier as you know that it is what someone is after, one lovely seller kept coming back until she had 2 skirts, 4 tops and a pair of jeans for her daughter, now I've run out of that size and she's run out of money LOL... couple of other sales as well, I've won a couple of things (some I can remember bidding on) got 2 parcels today...yay, happy with what I get too and although I don't like to bring THEM up too much made a couple of sales "over there" too, happy, happy happy

I've never met so many lovely people in such a short time. I've made great sales, and they have all been virtually problem free.

Admin is friendly and helpful, and the community atmosphere is enough to put a smile on anyones face.

I joined Oztion in February & since then have sold over 6oo items with 99% of my buyers happy with what they bought!!
Now how could I not be happy about that?

Oztion is addictive....Much in the same way many of us became addicted to a large international auction site some years ago...but the "high" you get from Oztion has NO DOWNSIDE!

I have been a member here almost since Oztion's inception. My sales are steady, on the increase, and profit has not been eaten away by fees, and my buying is also steady and has been great value for money.

I personally have had NO BUYING PROBLEMS at all!

What a FRIENDLY and ACTIVE site to be on!

Hi,
I was sent a join-up email from a friend who found your site and after being disapponited with another site (like most) i decided to only to visit BUT to stay..
I have been selling and buying since March and found not only has my sales improved BUT the fee structure SOOO much better.. As for buying - not only are the itesm great and sooo mnay to chose from, BUT the other members are a friendly lot to deal with.

I would say come and join us - have a look and see what you think - you might be really surprised - i know i was..
