How to stop leather from curling up when making a necklace
I am making some necklaces with 1mm thickness leather and was just wondering how do I stop it from curling up and making it look like a normal necklace like the ones that you buy in the shops.

Thanks

Tanja

You need to soften the leather up.

I just 'play' with it - wrap it round my hand against the curl, pull it (leather stretches) and just generally work it until there is some 'give'.
I also make the necklace to the same bend  as the leather.
