How can you use Noni fruit?
There is a lot of information on how Noni fruit or juice is good for your health but how can you eat it without vomiting? I bought a tree and it has quite a few fruit on it but I just can't eat it. I remember reading one day to use it before it is ripe and start to smell. Does it have the same beneficial properties though while green?

hi, i'll tell you what i know of noni fruit as i researched it some time ago for a friend:

noni fruit should be collected when ripening,  peeled and juiced - it can be mixed with other juices to improve the taste - not suitable for people with kidney problems and diabetics - the suggested health benefits have not been really confirmed but it is a powerful antioxidant so it probably would not hurt - but it could also cause some tummy problems so it would be a good idea to start with a small dose and gradually increase it and see how it goes..... all the best!

Seeing I already have a stomach problem I will give it a rest. Will freeze until a later date.
