have a look at their website to compare products. I have bought here, and they were fake. Price can be a factor, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

MAC do have good makeup! Whether its worth it to you is another question, but the quality is really high, the pigments are strong and long lasting. Most makeup artists will have a few mac items in their kit!

hi...
i use lots of MAC and Make UP Forever Paris...love their colour, primer n foundation...stay longer (no mess after hours of dancing...:P)...but love Make Up Forever eyeliner better than MAC especially the black one..:)
I did a beauty course with Make up forever paris beauty academy when i was overseas, just love it!!!
.i saw online the different  colour MAC eye shadows  in a very cheap price...and i dont even have to ask, i know they are FAKEs...
i have bought some Fakes too...unfortunately!!! the colour is good, but tend to go away at the end of the day...:(
hope that helps a bit..

You definately get what you pay for. MAC and Make Up Forever are great ranges, pigments are so much stronger and richer than cheaper ranges. I really struggle with Rimmel/Maybelline/Loreal etc when it comes to foundations, they just don't compete to the more expensive stuff. As I used to say to my beauty clients, buy the best you can afford. Technique goes a long way.

I did start doing some research into buying foundations wholesale for resale, namely MAC and had some asian wholesaler tell me the MAC foundations they were selling were the real deal, looked like MAC with the packaging but was too skeptical buying from Asia. I think I made the right decision.

Strawberrynet is a good place to check out the real deal however there were reports of some fake Dermalogica products a few years back but I think she was just unlucky.

99 percent of mac cosmetics on here are fakes and you get what you pay for and this site seems a free for all regarding fakes especially as mac cosmetics dont seem to care that their logo and brand are being ripped off and nothing will be done if you report items unless the company themselves ask the site to remove them, thats the only reason for the thousands of fakes on the big site that actually sells stuff, for example the mac eyeshadows that sell here for 10 bucks sell on ebay for 25-30 bucks as its all about the huge traffic ebay gets
