HELP AN OLD GIRL PLEASE
hi all i have just bought an i ph iwant to transfer pics from my comp to my iphone i know i have to install iTues first but my comp wont let me it says it has encounted a problem and has to close  please some one help cheers

If my girls were awake, I'd ask them as they'd probably know how to do it!!  I have no idea but I've done a google search and there seems to be a lot of information on the subject.  Hope that helps somehow.

You may need to turn your antivirus and firewall off to be able to do it.  Not sure if this is right but I spoke to Apple last week about a problem I was having with ITunes when restoring an ipod touch and this is what they told me to do.  Worked like a charm.

You may need to completely uninstall itunes and related software to fix this issue. Follow the instruction on the apple website for these steps.

Drown the thing!  What ever possessed you to buy update technology?  sheesh.  If you need to ring somebody do it from home. Best suggestion I can offer.
