Fragrance Questions
I gave this to my raving fans last week. Thought I would share. Any other questions let me know as I'm a qualified beauty therapist. EDP or EDT

1. How Long Can A Open Perfume Last?
Generally a fragrance should not be used after 12 months.
2. How Long Does An Unopened Perfume Last?
Generally the fragrance EDP/EDT lasts a few years.
3. Where Should I Spray My Fragrance?
Ideally, vibrant parts of body such as neck, wrist, chest and knees.
4. Should I Rub The Fragrance?
Always spray from top-down. Never rub or massage as scent can become distorted.
5. Is It Normal Not To Like My Previous Favourite Scents?
The human nose becomes used to the fragrance quickly. You may find you don't enjoy the same scent over time. Therefore rather than having one favourite, try and mix and match between a number of scents. Perhaps a scent for the day, night or special occasions?
6. How Often Should I Apply My Fragrance?
During Summer heat the fragrance lasts longer. During winter the fragrance needs to be applied in more intervals due to cold temperatures. Before going out or after a shower when dry, this is the recommended time to apply.
7. Why Do Scents Differ To Each Person?
A perfume is composed of many individual scents, each of which reacts differently to the molecules of the skin and the human nose. Every one differs. The most common way to find your fragrance is to look at your hair colour and skin type. These two indicate suggestions as to what kind of scents are right for you. This can be done with our Fragrance selector disc. Ask Upon request.
8. What Are Fragrance Notes, What does each one mean?
Top note: will be immediately smelt when applying. Their strong scent components, but are very volatile. Lasts approximately 20 minutes.
Scents include: bergamot, orange, rosemary, sage and lemon.
Heart note: dominates as soon as the top note is losing intensity. The smell gets a soft character. These notes form the "heart" of the scent - it holds up to 4 hours.
Scents include: Lavender, rose, iris and jasmine.
Base Note: unfolds modified, consists of round adherent and slowly evaporating perfume oils and lasts up to 24 hours!
Scents include: musk, amber, patchouli, wood and oak moss.
