Feedback from anyone who has or has tried a Creaclip
I'm interested on your feedback on them - with ease of use etc -would you recommend .

I have heard  they are good for cutting your own hair etc, but  can never go past a quicksalers review though!

Thanks jinni

Hi Marion, that clipper link is just that..clippers.
I have used clipper on my boys hair when they were younger.
I have one of those old fashioned comb cutters I use on my Mother's hair. she likes her hair short and shaped into the back of her neck.
Hubby's hair is a bit longer he just likes his trimmed if he goes to a barber or hairdresser they all cut his hair too short they don't listen to what he tells them he wants so I cut his hair too. I have also started cutting my long curly hair, if I make a mistake on mine it isn't so easily noticed with all the waves and curls..lol.
this Creaclip looks good. I will now start looking for one.
so if anyone here sells them please feel free to contact me in case I don't find you through my searches.

I've been searching for them for a few days richbartim - I've not managed to find them here but I would be interested too .

I can see me  needing to buy them for all my grandkiddies hairs for their mums and my dil is alway saying she can't afford to get her hair trimmed.

I've never heard of them but they make cutting hair look easy. My 13 and 15yr old girls cut their own hair into layers in a similar fashion to the video clips on the Creaclip website but only use hair elastics and their hands to hold their hair. I also do my own hair this way. Do a search on youtube on cutting layers into your own hair for heaps of videos on how to do it. Using a creaclip looks to make the job a little easier and quicker, also looks like making straight cuts easy as well. I wonder how they would handle long thick hair as one of my girls has very thick hair.

I just looked at that video clip, sure looks better than what I used to do to my daughters to cut their fringes lol.  I used a strip of sticky tape otherwise their fringes were almost non existent by the time I finished "fixing"it lol.

Good luck with it jinni, hope you get one and it works for you.

I can't find anyone selling them on line except on their website
just add .com to the name.
I recon if we wait a while they are bound to turn up in shops like crazy clarks.
if they do now we will know what they are for and how to use them.

When my now adult kids were younger I must admit to going the hack willynilly but these days kids have 'rights'
and my poor dil will rarely spend money on her own hair, and I'm forever buying vouchers for her and one of my daughters so....

I couldn't resist curiosity in the end with about at least 6 females in the family that will probably give them ago - I bought from the UK will cost $20 including postage that's not a bad find I think.

They might  be imported here I guess eventually and be one of those things that are one a daily special or such like but I was in a got try mood lol

cheers jinni

My mum could have done with one of those when I was a child.  I had longs straight hair - but the fringe was the problem - up, down - hacked off until it was straight.  Not as bad as what she did to me when I was about 16 - I just wanted a little off of my hair which was mid way between my shoulders and ear level - I ended up with a pixie cut as she could get it even ggggrrrr - at least I didn't need to comb it lol
