 is it possible to bulk list items with an excel file?

Do you mean Microsoft Office Excel?  If so, I don't think so. Here's the help info on EL. It does go into some detail as to how to upload into the QS EL from other places like @bay.  Hope it helps & welcome to QS!

I have a shareware program that can read Excel tab delimited files and convert your listings to XML files for EL.
