Department of housing.....house swap

I live in a department of housing house in Wangaratta and would love to swap for a house in Wodonga,  I'm presuming that swapping is still allowed.

your best bet would be to get a notice up on the board in the wodonga office.as far as i know its still allowed but not 100% sure
