can't leave feedback
I cant leave feeback on items as it says items were reported as unpaid which is true but the sale was cancelled on a mutual aggreement as the seller passed away

If there is an open unpaid item dispute it must be closed before feedback can be left

As Spade said , feedback is voluntary and in your case maybe there's no need now ( with respect to the seller) to leave any .

If the sale was mutually cancelled then there's no longer any unpaid item case against you , but you could check with Admin if you concerned.

If the mutual cancellation of sale came through ok and you were notified, I would have thought that the sale would have been cancelled. Perhaps whoever now is handling the sellers account, will have to go to their unpaid disputes and mark something off???  I really didn't think that should be the case. Perhaps for mutual cancellation feedback can now not be left?  I would just contact Admin and ask them how to proceed.  Links are on each page down the bottom Contact quicksales

Another member wrote earlier today that they were unable to leave feedback, could it be  a glitch? Marian

 You have left it too long, it was back in the middle of last year and you only have I tihnk it's 90 days to leave feedback.

I found this info on "Leaving Ratings"

Losing the Privilege to Leave a Rating
There are certain circumstances where a member cannot leave a rating.

Within the required time frame
Ratings must be left within 90 days of the item closing. You will be unable to leave a rating after 90 days.

Unpaid Item dispute
If a buyer is involved in an Unpaid Item dispute, the buyer will lose the privilege to leave a rating for that item.

Non Verified Members and 'Unsatisfied' Ratings
In order to protect members from non genuine buyers leaving 'Unsatisfied' ratings, the system requires members to be verified by one of the following verification options, prior to leaving an 'Unsatisfied' Rating.

Note: Suspended and temporary suspended members will lose the privilege to leave a rating or response whilst the account is in suspension.
