Call of Duty - Black Ops
Hello,

Need to ask, Call of Duty Black Ops is to be released at midnight tonight. I got a copy of the game at a retail outlet today and was wondering, how does treyarch find out which retailer sold it to me if I was to go online with it now?

I would be careful as they tend to ban your X-Box live account it doesnt matter which retailer sold it to you, its you that takes responsibility of playing it before release.

I don't have an XBOX :D

I have the PS3 version, though, I am treading carefully on this one.
