My program has been sent back, I didn't loose any weigft, found it very expensive in the long run to maintain and it made me feel off after three days, I luv my meat, but after a week didn't want to look at another piece of meat for a long time to come.

Even IF you lost weight while on it, what happens when you stop? Do you put all the weight, plus more, back on? Would not appeal to me. Marian

This is puzzling how can it help you lose weight if you have to eat 'heart attack' for 3 days. I think this diet sounds like its helping out the meat industries to me. Another bogus weightloss venture sponsored by companies who want people to eat their certain foods.
This sounds exactly the same as some supermarkets that own famous weightloss diets. Or like McDonalds where most of their food causes disease but they support the very kids that are sick and eat their food.

If you are going to try this one be careful, I tried the 30 day free trial, and sent it back with the authority that you ring through and get and the other day they took over 90 dollars out of my bank account.

Starz - its not all "heart attack" food.
Protein they push is fish and chicken mainly. and small serves at that (no larger than your fist for steak)
Most serves are only to be 100gms from memory

i've been on it for a few weeks now and have lost 3kilos, i have hypothyroidism so any weight loss is great for me. I find the food is great and i don't eat just meat!
i have cereal for breakfast with milk and a protein shake
mid morning can tuna
lunch is chicken/beef/meatballs with salad and heaps of salad or a nice soup
afternoon snack i have either a protein shake or ricotta with jelly
dinner is anything i like without pasta/bread/potatoe and there is a HUGE variety out there to eat.
after dinner i have something sweet made with ricotta or cottage cheese and jelly
i have found i have no indigestion, no bloating and don't crave for foods like i used to. Drinking heaps of water and still have my coffees during the day.
i suppose it doesn't work for everyone but the protein only days are only 3 days at the begining and once a week after that and that doesn't mean just meat, can be any type of protein, tofu/ricotta cheese/cottage cheese/seafood/meat/ etc
this is only the weight loss phase once you have lost the weight you can start slowly reintroducing carb type foods. It's not a diet more a change in eating plan.
i still eat takeaway and find during the week i am forced to make my self lunches where i used to just buy takeaway cr*p

Oh ok fish is a much better option in my opinion. But i hardly eat meat so i cannot say that i would go 3 days seemingly cause large amounts of any animal products is not good for the arteries. Eskimos die early and look older for this reason. We eat too much protein which contributes to osteoporosis anyway as it leaches out the calcium from the bone. But if i had to i would stick with the fish.

Not so successful. If you don't enjoy eating a lot of meat, its REALLY hard.
I don't eat red meat so I basically had to live on a little bit of chicken, a little bit of tuna, lots of almonds and lots of hard boiled eggs and it got REAL boring REAL quick.
Meat eaters should get on well though, at least initially.

in his book and cd he says he dosent believe in weight loss gimmicks that tell you to drink food supps or bars between meals and that he believes real food will only work
now he has weight loss drinks bars and has made a month club that costs 20 bucks month

I did Bodytrim for a year straight, it never did me any good whatsoever, now I eat healthy well balanced food every five hours but just have cups of tea in place of my morning and afternoon tea and I have been losing weight. I wasn't told not to eat morning and afternoon tea, I'm just not hungry so I don't eat it. So much for eating every three hours for your metabolism, what a load of bull. And I agree too, it is a moneyspinner with regards to Protein Shakes and Cookies, we were warned off them on the program in its beginning until Geoff brought them out himself. The only thing he has in mind is his hip pocket.... The forums over there were full of people like me who just couldn't lose the weight. It does work for some, but not for others, don't know why really.
